Heavy metal X-mas

Grandma Kathleen came to visit a couple of weeks after Christmas, and she brought gifts from Uncle Ram and Uncle Chris as well as from herself and great-grandma Shirlie and great-grandpa Jim. Anika loves her ACDC outfit, while Freya looks quite content in her Lucky 13 dress! Thanks uncles!

Trip to the Air&Space Museum

One of the daytrips we did with my Dad and Eva and the boys when they were here over the holiday was a trip to Air&Space Museum by Dulles airport. The planes, the spy plane and the space-suit inspired and Lars Erik and Torgeir drew plane models for days and days afterwards. Maybe they will try to build their own little plane this summer?

Freya 5 months

Freya grew sooo much over the holidays, it was great to watch. Her two bottom front teeth popped up, she refused to lay on her back anymore so we started propping her up with pillows etc. and now she can sit all by herself, and she ate her first rice cereal! She has since then started eating carrots, peas and sweet potatoes + bananas. She wants to eat real food... She also sits in high chairs and have a blast sitting by the table with the rest of us, being it at home for breakfast or dinner or when eating out.
